Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative Team Lead to lead our developing team in the DACH market. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for contributing to the growth and success of our Sales Team, personally running outbound campaigns to close qualified meetings, and presenting our solution to various stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a developing team of SDRs operating in the DACH market
- Contribute to personal and professional growth of team members by providing individual coaching and training
- Persoally run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints to close qualified meetings (Team Leads carry a personal quota)
- Present our solution to a range of people (Office Managers, CFOs, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.)
- Define Quarterly OKRs with the Sales Development Manager
- Work with the Sales Executives and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
Your Qualifications:
- Excellent level of German and a good level of English
- At least 2 years of experience in SAAS/B2B sales
- 'Lead by example' attitude: you should not tell others how to succeed but rather show it
- Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and eager to raise the bar every day
- Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
- Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.

BizAway offers a competitive salary package including a base salary of €50,000 per year plus uncapped variable compensation, making the total compensation around €80,000 per year.
