At Ammeraal Beltech, we are seeking an exceptional Sales Team Lead to drive business growth and lead the local sales organization in Spain and Portugal effectively. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing the local sales team, ensuring alignment with our company's strategy and objectives, particularly focusing on the AMMEGA Commercial Excellence Program (CEP).

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and develop the local sales team to drive business growth and profitability.
- Ensure accurate revenue forecasting and deliver strong performance results.
- Engage with active and potential customers while collaborating with sales teams to optimize resources through teamwork and cross-functional initiatives.
- Foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement, promoting team collaboration and reinforcing our company values.
- Align operational and supply chain strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with QA to address quality or safety concerns and promote the development of new products (NPD) based on market opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This role also comes with additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
