Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our vibrant Spanish team and drive sales growth in the clinical healthcare market. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will manage a strong sales force of 5 sales professionals, develop and execute a robust outbound sales strategy, and foster a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities- Lead by example, leveraging your experience in SaaS outbound sales to recruit top talent, maintain accurate CRM practices, and deliver high-quality work.
- Develop and implement structured coaching programs to train and develop outbound sales skills for the team.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, provide continuous feedback, and help team members improve their performance.
- Oversee team activity, ensure a consistent pipeline of orders and sales opportunities, and perform specific routines to maintain targets.
- 3+ years of Outbound sales leadership experience in high-growth SaaS/Marketplace with SMB market focus.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling an outbound sales team in numbers and performance.
- Proficiency in using OKRs to focus on results for both individual and team objectives.
- Established experience in direct involvement in recruitment processes as a key decision maker.
