As a driven SE Team Lead (m/w/d), you will contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. Your player-coach role includes leading a small team of Sales Executives and closing contracts yourself.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract
  • Presenting our solution to various stakeholders
  • Presenting live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
  • Running outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints to generate pipeline
  • Contributing to the personal and professional growth of team members
  • Forecasting Sales Revenue and providing visibility of your deal pipeline
  • Collaborating with the SDR Team to improve pipeline quality

You will be responsible for proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to enhance the sales process and drive growth.

Your basic qualifications include:

  • An excellent level of French and English in both written and spoken form
  • At least 2 years of experience as a top-performer AE in a tech company
