Sales Team Lead for Business Growth

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive Team Lead who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. As a player-coach, you will lead a small team of Sales Executives and close contracts yourself. Your main responsibilities will be:
• Leading negotiations with potential clients from discovery to contract, while carrying a personal quota
• Presenting our solution to various stakeholders, including C-level executives, HR directors, office managers, and travel managers
• Conducting live demos of our platform for qualified prospects
• Running outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints to generate pipeline
• Contributing to the personal and professional growth of team members through coaching and training during sales calls
• Forecasting sales revenue and providing visibility into your deal pipeline
• Collaborating with the SDR team to improve pipeline quality in a positive feedback loop
Your basic qualifications include:
• Excellent written and spoken English skills, along with proficiency in French
• At least 2 years of experience as a top-performing AE in a tech company
• A "no excuses" attitude, recognizing that success depends on individual effort
• Hunger for challenges and a willingness to continuously raise the bar
• Proactivity in proposing value-creating solutions and embracing mistakes as learning opportunities
• Flexibility in adapting to a fast-changing environment with uncertain outcomes
We also consider previous experience in Fintech, SAAS, travel, or scale-ups to be beneficial.
