About the Role

We're currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Inbound SDR team. Your primary responsibility will be to increase pipeline value generated from inbound activities, focusing on delivering highly qualified and relevant meetings with potential clients. You'll collaborate closely with our Inbound marketing team to ensure continuous feedback and improvement in lead generation.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of Preply's business offerings and B2B marketing operations to generate leads in our main markets.
  • Enhance conversion rates from Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Opportunities for demo requests.
  • Support the team in generating sales opportunities from lower intent leads, expanding month-over-month pipeline value.
  • Establish guidelines and actionables for Account-Based Motion targeting companies that arrived through inbound requests but didn't convert previously.
  • Create monthly and quarterly goals for your SDR team based on historical data and expansion possibilities.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing an inbound team or demonstrated success as a Senior Inbound SDR with close collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Possess a passion for team collaboration, coaching, and seeing others succeed – ability to lead training sessions for SDRs.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, preferably within a SaaS environment, including key channels, metrics, and strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset, able to create reports and display data to teams at multiple seniority levels.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
