Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team of inbound sales agents across various European regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performance sales teams and driving results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a multilingual team of sales agents to convert qualified leads into satisfied customers.
  • Manage the complete sales process, including pipeline management and outbound follow-ups.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve team performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a sales team, with a track record of meeting or exceeding team targets.
  • Proven expertise in high-volume, transactional sales and pipeline management.
  • Strong coaching and training skills with a focus on driving results and performance improvement.
  • Business-level fluency in Spanish and English.
