What You Will Do at Signaturit
The SDR Team Lead plays a pivotal role in the Spanish organization, directly impacting sales objectives by generating qualified opportunities and creating pipeline for field teams. Reporting directly to the VP Marketing Communications, you will co-construct the BDR and SDR business plan in partnership with the demand gen and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management
• Supervise a team of SDRs and BDRs, managing inbound leads and handling outbound prospecting.
• Coach and develop the team to enhance performance and efficiency through regular feedback, ongoing training, and guidance on best sales practices.
• Set and monitor KPIs to ensure the team achieves pipeline generation goals.

Individual Contribution to Pipeline Generation
• Generate leads for the sales team through direct prospecting activities and managing inbound leads.
• Handle a portfolio of strategic prospects to develop qualified opportunities for the sales team.
• Execute prospecting campaigns through cold calling, personalized emails, social media outreach, and other creative tactics to drive interest from potential customers.
