Sales Executive Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive Team Lead to join our Alcestia Consulting team in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
About the Role- The successful candidate will lead negotiations with potential clients from discovery through to contract, carrying a personal quota and driving revenue growth.
- They will present our innovative solution to various stakeholders, including C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, and more.
- Responsibilities include conducting live demos of our platform to qualified prospects, running outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints, and supporting the growth of team members through coaching and training.
- Additionally, they will forecast sales revenue, provide visibility into their own and their team's deal pipeline, and collaborate closely with the SDR team to enhance pipeline quality.
- The ideal candidate should have proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, at a near-native level.
- At least 2 years of experience as a top-performing Account Executive in a tech-driven company is required.
- A strong work ethic, hunger for growth, proactivity, and flexibility are essential qualities for this role.

Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience.
