About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales team in Spain. As a key member of our field sales organization, you will be responsible for accelerating the sellout of our products at store level and leading a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve our presence in-store through better assortment, share of shelf, and secondary placement
- Ensure that national agreements negotiated by Key Account Managers are perfectly executed in-store
- Help implement the Perfect Store approach, store execution, and store scoring
- Be a key agent of change in modernizing and professionalizing our field sales team
- Foster a winning and growth mindset among team members
- Work closely with KAMs, Sales Development, and Perfect Store teams to achieve shared objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field
- Spanish and English as primary languages
- +10 years of experience in field sales, FMCG business
- Team management experience, promoting a high-performance culture
- Outstanding experience in Perfect Store, store scoring methodology, excellence in execution
- Strong commercial skills, results-oriented, problem-solving, customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to persuade audiences
- Ability to coach team members on sales skills, techniques, negotiations
