Your Role in BizAway- Lead a developing team of SDRs operating in DATCH market
- Contribute to personal and professional growth to team members, providing individual coaching and training
- Persuasively run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints to close qualified meetings (Team Leads carry a personal quota)
- Present our solution to a range of people, including Office Managers, CFOs, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.
- Define Quarterly OKRs with the Sales Development Manager
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Executives and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth
- An excellent level of German and a good level of English
- At least 2 years of experience in SAAS/B2B sales
- A "lead by example" attitude: show it, don't tell others how to succeed
- Hunger: not afraid of challenges, eager to raise the bar every day
- Proactivity: actively propose value-creating solutions and aren't afraid of mistakes

Estimated salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience
