We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our Global Sales Team at IWG. Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus attractive commission plan and comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to work with a global leader in flexible workspaces. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth across our extensive network of locations.

About You
  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Native English speaker or fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer-first mindset, with excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals confidently.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
