Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Barcelona. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities in the corporate travel industry.
The ideal candidate will have a native level of Polish and full professional English proficiency. Additionally, they should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years of experience as a top-performing SDR. The ability to take ownership of personal performance and outcomes is essential, along with a willingness to propose value-driven solutions and continuously seek improvement.
About the Role- Develop and execute strategic plans to target new business opportunities in the Nordic market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the sales process and drive growth.
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 per annum, flexible working policy (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) with a central Barcelona location, Friday afternoons off, uncapped variable compensation, equity participation in the company, multicultural international team environment, collaborative and dynamic workplace for continuous learning, complimentary coffee, and team celebrations.
Our recruitment process consists of four stages: interview with one of our recruiters, interview with HR, interview with the Team Lead, and role play and chat with the Sales Director.
