About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead our sales team in the EMEA markets. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of progressive success in sales, with experience mentoring and leading sales teams. They will be responsible for managing major customer engagements, resolving escalations, and driving a hunting mentality. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate their team to exceed goals and drive growth and profitability.

Job Description
The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to improve performance and develop their careers

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of progressive success and consistency in overachieving sales quota
  • Experience mentoring and leading sales teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Dutch, English (bilingual), French language proficiency
  • Ability to coach team members effectively

Estimated Salary Range
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
