About the Role
This role is responsible for leading sales efforts in the EMEA region, working closely with store teams to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations and be able to lead by example, driving results-driven behavior among team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts in assigned stores, driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Mentor and coach store teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Monitor sales progress and results against key targets, making adjustments as needed to drive improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in retail sales or leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business results
- Familiarity with retail operations and sales processes
