About the Role
Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of customer experience management and contact center services, is seeking a highly skilled Dynamic Sales Professional to join our team in Barcelona. This full-time position offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €23,876 gross per year, plus up to €3,408 gross per year in bonus.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will work as a digital consultant, advising clients on their digital advertising strategy and driving sales growth across EMEA markets. Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving minimum daily interaction targets through phone calls and emails
- Qualifying and managing inbound leads and sales pipeline
- Personalizing product offerings to meet client needs
- Coordinating onboarding processes with clients
- Troubleshooting issues and escalating feedback through support channels
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Native-level Dutch language proficiency
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- At least 1+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
