Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to join our Barcelona Sales Hub, providing exceptional service delivery and driving sales growth. As the main point of contact for SME clients, you will manage relationships, understand software requirements, and maintain coverage across all assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS
- ACTION AS THE PRIMARY CONTACT FOR DIGITAL SERVICE INQUIRIES
- DEVELOP AND EXECUTE RENEWAL STRATEGIES TO SECURE CONTRACT RENEWALS
- ADDRESS AND RESOLVE POST-SALES ISSUES THROUGH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAM COLLABORATION
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY IN B2B
- STRONG COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS
- ABILITY TO LEARN IT TOPICS AND HAVE GOOD BUSINESS ACUMEN
- PASSION FOR SALES AND COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY IN FINNISH AND ENGLISH
