Dynamic Business Development Professional for EMEA Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the EMEA region.
About the Role:
- Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas and maintain daily and weekly activity targets
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects
- Educate customers on our solutions and services
- Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, including cold calling, to contact C-level decision makers and build rapport
- Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available cloud solutions
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in our CRM database
Requirements:
- Based in the Barcelona metropolitan area
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- C2 level Italian language proficiency
- Fluent English language skills
- Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
- Ability to connect business needs with suitable solutions and possess strong business acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills and high integrity
- Comfortable working against an assigned quota in a phone-based environment
Benefits:

- Salary: €21,012.69 gross/year + up to €2,521.52 gross/year in bonus
