Join Teleperformance's Sales Team in Barcelona

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the EMEA region.

About the Role:

  • Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas and maintain daily and weekly activity targets
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects
  • Educate customers on our solutions and services
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, including cold calling, to contact C-level decision makers and build rapport
  • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available cloud solutions
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in our CRM database

Requirements:

  • Based in the Barcelona metropolitan area
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • C2 level Italian language proficiency
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
  • Ability to connect business needs with suitable solutions and possess strong business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high integrity
  • Comfortable working against an assigned quota in a phone-based environment

  • Salary: €21,012.69 gross/year + up to €2,521.52 gross/year in bonus
