Business Development Representative for EMEA Markets

Teleperformance, a leading provider of contact center services, is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join their team in Barcelona. As a key member of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth across EMEA markets.

About the Role

This is a full-time position (39 hours per week) that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including relocation support, a permanent contract, and opportunities for professional development. You will work in a dynamic business casual environment with a highly motivated team, surrounded by the sea in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly, and maintain a high level of activity daily and weekly.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Educate customers on Teleperformance's cloud solutions and execute daily outbound phone calls and emails to build rapport and assess customer needs.
  • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available Cloud solutions to build value for next steps in the sales process.
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in CRM databases, manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
  • Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native level of Dutch and fluency in English.
  • Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions and possess strong business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high level of integrity and professionalism.
