Embark on a dynamic opportunity as Blu Selection seeks a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead sales efforts in the Iberian and Italian markets. Key responsibilities and impact include:

  • Developing and leading the full sales cycle on the Iberian and Italian markets
  • Identifying key client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and cultivating them by providing top-notch quality service
  • Conducting thorough market analysis to stay abreast of trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to capitalize on emerging opportunities
  • Possessing an in-depth understanding of offered solutions, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of product features, capabilities, and benefits
  • Developing and implementing strategies that align with market trends, ensuring a strong market presence and sustained growth
  • Formulating and executing a robust sales strategy to meet and exceed assigned sales targets, efficiently managing and coordinating all sales activities to optimize performance and achieve organizational objectives

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Full fluency in Spanish and English in both speaking and writing (Professional proficiency in an additional language like Portuguese, or Italian is a plus)
  • Affinity with technical product selling, especially focused on modular booth systems
  • Min. 5 years of Sales / Business Development / Account Management experience involving product selling
  • Availability, drive, and willingness to travel frequently
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Extensive knowledge of performance metrics and figures
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and capable of operating effectively and autonomously from a remote location
