Global Sales Director for Iberian Markets

Key responsibilities and impact include:
- Developing and leading the full sales cycle on the Iberian and Italian markets
- Identifying key client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and cultivating them by providing top-notch quality service
- Conducting thorough market analysis to stay abreast of trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Possessing an in-depth understanding of offered solutions, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of product features, capabilities, and benefits
- Developing and implementing strategies that align with market trends, ensuring a strong market presence and sustained growth
- Formulating and executing a robust sales strategy to meet and exceed assigned sales targets, efficiently managing and coordinating all sales activities to optimize performance and achieve organizational objectives
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Full fluency in Spanish and English in both speaking and writing (Professional proficiency in an additional language like Portuguese, or Italian is a plus)
- Affinity with technical product selling, especially focused on modular booth systems
- Min. 5 years of Sales / Business Development / Account Management experience involving product selling
- Availability, drive, and willingness to travel frequently
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Extensive knowledge of performance metrics and figures
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and capable of operating effectively and autonomously from a remote location
