About the Position

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and leading a top-tier global sales team, forging relationships with key dealers, and ensuring exceptional product presentation, communication, and sustainability efforts. You will inspire and guide our partners to uphold our standards in product presentation, test rides, communication, pricing, and sustainability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Global Sales Leadership: Build and motivate a world-class sales team passionate about our products and mission.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with key dealers and strategic partners to expand our market reach.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage both new and existing customers through impactful product showcases at tracks and events, ensuring a seamless buying journey.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align strategies and achieve company-wide goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure timely communication with partners, set a standard of excellence through exemplary leadership, and continuously seek opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct global demand forecasting and ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Challenge the status quo, propose new strategies, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
