Senior Sales Leadership Role in Barcelona

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Italian sales organisation in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will play a crucial role in scaling and developing our sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams, with a proven track record of driving results in direct outbound sales environments. You will be fluent in spoken and written Italian and English, with expertise in using and optimizing CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other supporting sales software.

In this role, you will be responsible for forecasting, reporting, and achieving quarterly and annual demand generation and revenue targets. You will also recruit, hire, coach, and manage your team members, collaborate with sales leadership for targeted training and development, and motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship.

Additionally, you will provide insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team. We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 per year, plus benefits including 23 holidays, €500 contribution to set up/improve your home office, and travel reimbursement to get to our great office.
