Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as the Business Development Manager for European Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth across Europe
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and provide regular reporting to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the toy or hobby industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Europe
