Sales Manager for European Team

Are you a sales leader looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our European team in Barcelona.
This role is focused on managing the ROW and New Markets team, ensuring they reach their goals and continue to grow. You will have a key role in maximizing revenue and increasing the number of students joining our online school as part of a fast-growing business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Providing coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, as well as potential market opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Preparing and presenting reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, 2 of which should be in management.
- Previous experience in business development would be a plus.
- Fluent level of English; any other language is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
We offer a fixed salary + commission plan, 28 days holidays per year, and a flexible remuneration plan with great benefits.
