Drive Sales Growth in the European Laboratory Market

We are seeking an experienced Market Development Manager to drive sales growth of our laboratory instrumentation portfolio in assigned European markets. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to boost market share and expand our customer base.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute market development plans to achieve sales growth targets in assigned European markets
  • Collaborate with local partners (distributors) to implement commercial strategies and provide training and support as needed
  • Evaluate market potential and develop customized growth plans for each country or region
  • Implement Mettler Toledo's marketing and commercial strategy through partner channels, promoting value-selling approaches and specific commercial programs
Requirements
  • University degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmacy is essential
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in international markets, preferably in Europe
  • Proven track record of managing distributors, 3rd parties, and/or international commercial teams
  • Strong communication, commercial, and team management skills
  • Very high level of English proficiency; other languages such as French, Spanish, Arabic, German are highly valued
