We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Newvine Employment Group.

This role focuses on expanding business opportunities into the Spain-European market, helping us achieve our international growth goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with experience in selling wholesale products into retail store environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and building relationships with potential clients in the Spanish market
  • Traveling to surrounding territories to seek out retail stores and similar re-sellers of consumer products
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
  • Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients receive optimal solutions tailored to their needs
  • Managing and tracking sales activities using CRM tools

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the wholesale consumer goods sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Spanish
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish business landscape and market dynamics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Compensation includes a starting salary of €35,000 - €40,000 annually, plus generous commissions based on Gross Sales.
