About the Role


We are looking for a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Teleperformance Spain.


As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential advertisers, promoting our service, and persuading them to incorporate our marketing products into their strategies.


Your responsibilities will include making outbound customer calls, creating and maintaining customer databases, consolidating existing customer bases while building new ones, and recording call history and customer responses.


You will also be responsible for ensuring customer follow-up, monitoring competitors' products, creating selling strategies, handling customer needs, and responding to customer inquiries.


Requirements


  • Native level of Arabic with fluent English.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Experience with CRM.
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and able to attain goals as part of a broader team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently but within a team environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models.
  • Customer-driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience.

Candidates should have a valid European work permit.
