Job Title: Acquisition Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Acquisition Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and energetic New Business Sales Development team based in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and policy-compliant leads to our internal New Business Sales teams across European markets.
Responsibilities
- Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams.
- Evaluate company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
- Conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
- Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas according to sales team's needs.
- Deliver a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.
- Provide weekly reporting/analysis of work in a presentable format.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital advertising or market research.
- Minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher education.
- B2 level or higher of the market being supported.
- Native level of Greek or any CEE language.
- Advanced level of English.
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc).
What We Offer
- Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday).
- This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
