Business Development Representative Job at Teleperformance Spain

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through outbound campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales-qualified opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly and hit target levels of activity daily and weekly.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Educate customers on our offerings and execute daily outbound phone calls and emails.
  • Contact C-level decision-makers, build rapport, and assess needs.
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native-level German.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
