French Business Development Representative

Teleperformance Spain, a leading customer experience management company, is seeking a highly skilled French Business Developer Representative to join our team.
About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and drive sales growth in the French-speaking market.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and engagement with potential customers
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, contacts, and opportunities
- Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators such as productivity, conversion rates, and pipeline growth
- Native level of French and fluency in English
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and professionalism
