Job Title: French Business Development Representative for Google Products

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced French-speaking Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and driving new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet quarterly sales quotas and achieve daily and weekly activity targets
  • Manage a designated portfolio to identify high-potential prospects
  • Educate customers on available offerings
  • Conduct daily outbound calls and emails, including cold calling, targeting C-level decision makers, establishing rapport quickly, and assessing needs
  • Identify customer pain points, gather technical requirements, align business needs with available Cloud solutions, and emphasize value in advancing the sales process
  • Maintain and update prospect and customer data using Salesforce.com, ensuring comprehensive documentation of customer interactions
  • Contribute to team and individual KPIs such as productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline growth
  • Document customer notes and deal specifics systematically to provide clarity on past and present customer interactions

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Native proficiency in French; fluent and idiomatic English speaking and writing skills
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
  • Ability to align business needs with appropriate solutions, demonstrating strong business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism
  • Comfortable working under quotas in a phone-based sales environment
  • Fundamental IT skills necessary for efficient computer-based tasks

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in IT outbound sales prospecting, with strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and assess situations effectively
  • Experience in cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accounts and contacts successfully
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Ability to identify key decision makers and relevant stakeholders during business conversations
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, confident, competitive, and tenacious
