Job Title: French Business Developer Representative Google Products

We are seeking a highly skilled French-speaking Business Developer Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on robust sales opportunities in the Google Products space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet quarterly sales quotas and achieve daily and weekly activity targets.
  • Manage a designated portfolio to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Educate customers on available Google Products offerings.
  • Conduct daily outbound calls and emails, including cold calling, targeting C-level decision makers, establishing rapport quickly, and assessing needs.
  • Identify customer pain points, gather technical requirements, align business needs with available Google Cloud solutions, and emphasize value in advancing the sales process.
  • Maintain and update prospect and customer data using Salesforce.com, ensuring comprehensive documentation of customer interactions.
  • Contribute to team and individual KPIs such as productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline growth.
  • Document customer notes and deal specifics systematically to provide clarity on past and present customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native proficiency in French; fluent and idiomatic English speaking and writing skills.
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Ability to align business needs with appropriate solutions, demonstrating strong business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working under quotas in a phone-based sales environment.
  • Fundamental IT skills necessary for efficient computer-based tasks.
Benefits:
  • Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  • Salary: 23,375.00 EUR gross/year + up to 4,125.00 EUR gross/year in bonuses.
