French Business Developer Representative Google Products

We are seeking a highly skilled French-speaking Business Developer Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on robust sales opportunities for Google Products.
Your primary objective will be to engage in outbound campaigns, profiling potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving new business initiatives. You will foster better collaboration among businesses, promote agility, and foster innovation.
This position involves working towards individual sales quotas within a larger EMEA-focused sales team. You will primarily communicate with customers via outbound calls in a phone-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet quarterly SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quotas and achieve daily and weekly activity targets.
- Manage a designated portfolio to identify high-potential prospects.
- Educate customers on available offerings.
- Conduct daily outbound calls and emails, including cold calling, targeting C-level decision makers, establishing rapport quickly, and assessing needs.
- Identify customer pain points, gather technical requirements, align business needs with available Cloud solutions, and emphasize value in advancing the sales process.
- Maintain and update prospect and customer data using Salesforce.com, ensuring comprehensive documentation of customer interactions.
- Contribute to team and individual KPIs such as productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline growth.
- Document customer notes and deal specifics systematically to provide clarity on past and present customer interactions.
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Native proficiency in French; fluent and idiomatic English speaking and writing skills.
- Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
- Ability to align business needs with appropriate solutions, demonstrating strong business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.
- Comfortable working under quotas in a phone-based sales environment.
- Fundamental IT skills necessary for efficient computer-based tasks.
Benefits:
- Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a hybrid working model in Barcelona.
- Salary: 23.375,00 EUR gross/year + up to 4.125,00 EUR gross/year in bonuses.
