Arabic Business Development Representative for Google Products

Job Summary:
Teleperformance is a global leader in customer experience management and contact centre business process outsourcing. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.
About the Role:
As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns. You will work towards individual targets, but also be part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly and maintain a target level of activity daily and weekly
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects and educate customers on our offerings
- Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, contact C-level decision makers, build rapport, and assess needs
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in our CRM database
- Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Native level of Arabic
