We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and qualification through outbound calling and email campaigns
- Collaborate with clients to create territory action plans and target companies
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts
- Qualify opportunities and handle objections
- Research and build new and existing accounts
- Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails to contact decision makers and close sales
- Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure
Requirements:
- Excellent command of Swedish and very good English language knowledge
- Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales or business development, ideally in the IT industry
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, such as Google Cloud Platform solutions
- Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner
- History of quota over-achievement
- Analytical mindset and go-getter attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team
