Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at Teleperformance Greece, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns. You will help businesses work better together, move fast, and innovate.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation, qualification, and management
Prospect and generate leads through outbound calling with small and medium businesses
Collaborate closely with clients to create a territory action plan, including target companies, target prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks
Set up new meetings to hand off to other sales groups
Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts
Achieve or exceed monthly quota of qualified leads
Qualify opportunities and handle objections
Research and build new and existing accounts

What You Will Do:
Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, and assess needs and close the sale
Explain our client's products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating our client's products
Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure
Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects
Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used
Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams
