Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales qualified opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly and maintain a high level of activity daily and weekly.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects and educate them on our cloud solutions.
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls, contact C-level decision makers, build rapport, and assess needs to understand prospects' pain points and gather technical requirements.
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in CRM database and work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.
  • Document customer notes and deal details to ensure clarity on the current and past state of customer interaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native level of Arabic and ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions and strong business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high level of integrity and professionalism.
