Polish Business Development Representative for Google Products

About the Role:
Teleperformance Spain, a leading company with over 4,700 employees in 10 sites, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join their team.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.
You will work closely with the Business Development team to build enthusiasm and identify business needs, proposing adequate solutions and sending them on the most appropriate sales path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly and hit target levels of activity daily and weekly.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects.
- Educate customers on available Cloud solutions and build value for next steps in the sales process.
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in CRM database.
- Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Native level of Polish.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
- Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
- Some understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
- Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions and strong business acumen.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high level of integrity and professionalism.
General IT Skills:
Essential computer skills to navigate efficiently a computer-based job.
Desirable: 1 year experience in IT outbound sales prospecting with strong sales acumen and ability to persuade others and read situations well.
