Business Development Manager for Forex Sales

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Winning Consulting. The ideal candidate will have 18 to 24 months of experience in Forex sales and possess strong communication skills and confidence both on the phone and in person.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for researching potential clients to understand their business and potential requirements, making introductory calls to new corporate clients, developing sales channels, and closing new business with the goal of developing long-term relationships.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring all revenue targets are met in compliance with Bank of Spain/CNMV regulations and keeping the client's interests at the forefront of all sales activities.
Additionally, the Business Development Manager will build internal relationships with our trading team, meet weekly and monthly performance, quality, and sales call targets, and attend morning training sessions and participate in team/market briefings twice a day.
The ideal candidate will have a B2/C1 level of English proficiency and be goal-oriented and persistent.
We are looking for a proactive and positive attitude along with a healthy dose of competitiveness to overcome daily challenges.
As a Business Development Manager, you will spend your time talking on the phone with potential clients, attending face-to-face meetings, building lasting relationships, and closing deals with prospects.
You will also attend national trade shows to network with companies and advise them on FX-related products.
