Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Landbot. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying decision-makers, and supporting the sales team to attain quarterly revenue goals.

Landbot is a leading no-code chatbot builder that helps companies convert leads, capture data, and personalize client journeys in real-time. Our platform is designed to empower businesses to automate their sales processes and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and outreach efforts
  • Identify decision-makers and understand their needs to match with our product value proposition
  • Support the sales team in scheduling meetings with outbound leads and closing deals
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute strategies for generating new clients and target accounts
  • Manage and track opportunities and pipelines in our CRM system
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
