Business Development Manager for SaaS Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Landbot. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying decision-makers, and supporting the sales team to attain quarterly revenue goals.
About UsLandbot is a leading no-code chatbot builder that helps companies convert leads, capture data, and personalize client journeys in real-time. Our platform is designed to empower businesses to automate their sales processes and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and outreach efforts
- Identify decision-makers and understand their needs to match with our product value proposition
- Support the sales team in scheduling meetings with outbound leads and closing deals
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute strategies for generating new clients and target accounts
- Manage and track opportunities and pipelines in our CRM system
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- A competitive salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience
