The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record in the SaaS or tech industry. They'll be able to craft and execute sales strategies that penetrate the market and drive revenue growth, while also demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams and work collaboratively across departments.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Hit the ground running by quickly identifying key growth areas and potential clients
  • Begin outreach to develop initial relationships and secure early deals, setting an aggressive pace for growth
  • Rapidly expand our market presence through targeted business development efforts, solidifying relationships with key accounts and partners
