With a strong track record in the SaaS or tech industry, you'll craft and execute sales strategies that penetrate the market and drive revenue growth. Your exceptional leadership skills will motivate teams and work collaboratively across departments to achieve sales targets.

As a customer-centric approach expert, you'll understand customer needs and industry trends, building relationships and closing deals with ease. Your agility and adaptability will allow you to adapt sales strategies in response to market feedback and changing conditions.

We're seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager who is eager to tackle challenges, think creatively, and drive our growth in the market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieve a robust pipeline of business opportunities and a growing portfolio of satisfied clients.

Requirements include:

  • 5 Years of Experience: Demonstrable experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record in the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to craft and execute sales strategies that penetrate the market and drive revenue growth.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven leadership skills, with the capacity to motivate teams and work collaboratively across departments to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer-centric Approach: Deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends, with a knack for building relationships and closing deals.
  • Agility and Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt sales strategies in response to market feedback and changing conditions.
