About the role:

Enterprise Business Development Manager

As an Enterprise Business Development Manager at Speexx, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships with leading large companies in Spain. You will work closely with our international marketing teams to identify new sales opportunities and drive business results for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and develop customer-specific solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and decision makers
  • Advising customers on the use of our business coaching solution
  • Accompanying the rollout of our services to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and recurring revenue
  • Work closely with our international marketing teams on sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • 4+ years B2B sales experience in SaaS/Software or digital environment
  • Proven track-record of Business Coaching or a solid background in Business Coaching as a certified coach
  • Previous experience in the Iberian region, selling to large enterprise companies in Spain
  • Strong ability to proactively identify, develop and close new sales opportunities
  • High self-motivation and sales and results-driven
  • Ability to communicate competently with managers and the C-level
  • Affinity for topics from the areas of e-learning and business coaching
  • Fluent in Spanish and fluent English
