At RateGain, we're seeking an experienced Director to drive our European travel partnerships forward. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will help them navigate the complexities of the travel technology ecosystem and make informed decisions about distribution, business intelligence, and marketing technologies.

This is an individual contributor role that requires a self-starter who can innovate and find new value for our clients while keeping the company's goals in mind. You will be responsible for developing and executing a detailed business and go-to-market plan aligned with the commercial priorities for European travel companies and RateGain's solution portfolio.

You will establish, build, and maintain relationships with travel companies throughout Europe, positioning RateGain as a preferred solution provider and partner. Your goal will be to lead RateGain's engagement with travel companies, generate interest in our solutions, and drive adoption of our solution portfolio with new and existing customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in travel technology sales to European travel companies, ideally within the Pricing Intelligence or Distribution segments. You will have a deep understanding of hotel distribution technology, rate intelligence solutions, and marketing technologies.

A strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth are essential for this role. You will need to be able to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building, as well as analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
