Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Sales Partnerships to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with large clients and partners. Your focus will be on executing sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and drive business success
  • Negotiate and build strong relationships with key clients and partners, driving a solid reputation for Ukio in the industry
  • Lead and manage a high-performing B2B sales team, setting and communicating sales targets, quotas, and KPIs to ensure optimal performance and career growth
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs, identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience leading a B2B sales team in the digital industry
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector, with existing network in the relocation industry being a valuable asset
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
