Job Title: Global Sales Director for Sustainable Motorcycles
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary Range: €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience
About the Position
As our Global Sales Director, you will lead our B2B sales organization, identifying and collaborating with dealers to elevate our position in the motocross market and expand into premium motorcycles. Your role will involve inspiring and guiding our partners to uphold our standards in product presentation, test rides, communication, pricing, and sustainability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Global Sales Leadership: Build and motivate a world-class sales team passionate about our products and mission.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with key dealers and strategic partners to expand our market reach.
- Customer Engagement: Engage both new and existing customers through impactful product showcases at tracks and events, ensuring a seamless buying journey.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align strategies and achieve company-wide goals.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure timely communication with partners, set a standard of excellence through exemplary leadership, and continuously seek opportunities for process enhancement.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct global demand forecasting and ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Innovation & Improvement: Challenge the status quo, propose new strategies, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
