Global Sales Compensation Strategy Director

At Criteo, we're seeking a seasoned Sales Compensation expert to lead our Global Sales Comp function.
About the Role:
We're looking for an innovative and strategic Sales Compensation Director who can drive the evolution of our sales compensation strategy globally.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale our Global Sales Compensation function, aligning with business goals and strategic vision.
- Lead annual Sales Incentive Compensation planning and design, working closely with sales leadership and finance.
- Drive team leadership, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, including Sales Compensation or Incentive Management.
- Strong expertise in leading teams, setting goals, and driving strategic projects.
- Expertise in incentive plan structures, including quotas, accelerators, pay mix, and on-target earnings (OTE).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple designs and messaging.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in utilizing analytics to assess incentive effectiveness and identify gaps.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience in Sales Operations and Leadership.
Salary Estimate:
The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
