About the Role:

We're looking for an innovative and strategic Sales Compensation Director who can drive the evolution of our sales compensation strategy globally.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and scale our Global Sales Compensation function, aligning with business goals and strategic vision.
  • Lead annual Sales Incentive Compensation planning and design, working closely with sales leadership and finance.
  • Drive team leadership, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, including Sales Compensation or Incentive Management.
  • Strong expertise in leading teams, setting goals, and driving strategic projects.
  • Expertise in incentive plan structures, including quotas, accelerators, pay mix, and on-target earnings (OTE).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple designs and messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in utilizing analytics to assess incentive effectiveness and identify gaps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in Sales Operations and Leadership.

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
