Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional looking for a challenging role in sales operations? Do you have excellent communication skills and experience with data analysis?

We are seeking a skilled Global Sales Compensation Operations Specialist to join our team at Criteo. In this exciting position, you will play a key role in improving and scaling quarterly commercial cycles through processes & tools, as well as designing and implementing Sales Compensation strategy for the whole Commercial population (c. 1400 people).

Your Responsibilities:
• Participate in sales compensation administration: perform data quality checks, analysis and achievement calculations, target letters administration, customer support, reporting on status and signatures.
• Support Regional Sales Ops in quarterly Business Planning and Compensation processes: target setting, compensation plan creation, achievement exceptions and correction management, SPIFF and Achievements changes processes.
• Improve Data quality in the Sales Compensation Management Tool - Anaplan: preparation of accruals and achievements processes within our Sales Compensation management tool (Anaplan, PowerBI, Salesforce, Workday).
• Animate the Business Operations (regional + global sales compensation) community: consolidate planning and sales compensation updates and follow-up actions for key Business Ops meetings, plan Quarterly process post-mortems (feedback session on processes, tools, data quality topics) and help identify areas for improvements.
• Improve Business Operations documentation: participate in maintaining an updated version of the Sales Compensation Playbook: key guidelines and rules for Sales Compensation Processes, Target Setting Process, Achievement Process, Q&A for Sales Employees.

Your Profile:
• Excellent speaking and writing in English (all communications & meetings are in English)
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on
• Fast and enthusiastic learner
• Used to deal with large sets of data & numbers (Excel proficiency, Power BI is a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
