About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Global Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team at Criteo.

Job Description
  • Participate in sales compensation administration, including data quality checks, analysis, and achievement calculations.
  • Support Regional Sales Ops in quarterly Business Planning and Compensation processes, including target setting, achievement exceptions, and SPIFF and achievements changes.
  • Improve data quality in the Sales Compensation Management Tool - Anaplan.
  • Prepare accruals and achievements processes within our Sales Compensation management tool (Anaplan, PowerBI, Salesforce, Workday).
Requirements
  • Excellent speaking and writing in English.
  • Great communication and customer service skills.
  • Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
  • Fast and enthusiastic learner.
  • Used to deal with large sets of data & numbers (Excel proficiency, Power BI is a plus).

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year based on location and experience.
