Global Sales Compensation Director

At Criteo, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Compensation Optimization Specialist to join our team. As the Global Director of Sales Compensation, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales teams' performance and shaping our compensation philosophy.
About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic professional with expertise in Sales Operations, Compensation Management, and strategic thinking. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and Scaling: Develop and scale all aspects of our Global Sales Compensation function, ensuring a measurable return on investment (ROI) for our compensation programs.
- Incentive Planning: Lead the annual Sales Incentive Compensation planning and design process, working closely with sales leadership and finance to define metrics, incentives, quotas, pay mix, accelerators, and on-target earnings (OTE).
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, establish clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify strategic projects to drive initiatives and meet business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, foster continuous improvement, and align incentives with business objectives across international regions.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include designing and scaling our Global Sales Compensation function, leading the annual Sales Incentive Compensation planning and design process, and leading and developing a high-performing team. You will also be responsible for implementing improvements to the sales compensation process, ensuring transparency, understanding, and self-service access for the field.

CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
